Worship service support - If you do not have the right technology to watch the live streams, and you are not comfortable coming in-person to the services either, please contact Jeff Miller (319-471-1279) and he can help arrange an alternate way for you to view the worship services.

Quarantine assistance - Jessica Miller is coordinating BBCC’s effort to help those who are confined to their houses. Regardless of whether you have COVID-19, suspect you might have COVID-19, are 65 or older, or have an underlying health condition, contact Jessica (208-290-2406) if you are in need of anything or would like someone to do any shopping for you and drop it off at your house. Anyone willing to go shopping for others should likewise contact Jessica to let her know you are willing to volunteer in this way.

Secret Pal gift exchange - Jessica is organizing a secret pal Christmas gift exchange. If you would like to participate, you can email, text, or call Jessica and give her your mailing address and a couple suggestions of some things you might like that cost around $10 or less. She will then give your address to someone else to shop for you and she will send you someone's name, address, and gift suggestions for you to shop for. This is a separate gift exchange from the one she organized last week on her Facebook page. If you participated in that one, feel free to participate in this one too. Let her know if you have any questions!

Thanksgiving dinners - The YMCA in Brown County is once again offering Thanksgiving meals to the community. The meals can be picked up from Mother's Cupboard from 11:00 to 1:00 on Thursday, November 26. Those who are homebound can have the meal delivered to them if they request it in advance by calling the Brown County COAD Hotline at 812-988-0001 by November 20.

Volunteers needed - Mother's Cupboard serves food every day to those in need, but they do not have enough volunteers right now due to the coronavirus. This fall, they have occasionally had to close their doors and not serve food since they didn't have any volunteers. If you would be willing to volunteer, please contact Chef Sherry at 812-988-8038 or by texting 812-929-9211.

Virtual small groups - Contact Richard Bedey at (812) 350-7079 if you are interested in being in a small group that meets over video chat.

BBCC prayer teams - Please click here to register for one or more of our church prayer teams.

Thanksgiving Sunday - 2020 has been a difficult year for many people, but God has been at work and has used many of our difficulties to bring about good. On Sunday, November 22 (the Sunday before Thanksgiving), we were planning to have many of you to briefly share an example of how you have seen God at work this year or share why you are thankful to God this year. However, due to the situation this Sunday, we are asking you to instead record a video of yourself sharing why you're thankful to God this year, and we'd like to show your videos during other upcoming worship services.  Please contact Jeff Miller if you record a video to share or if you have questions about how to record a video.

Christianity 101 (baptism class) - We plan to start another class soon on the basics of the faith. If you are interested in taking this six-week class, either in order to get baptized or as a way to refresh yourself on the basics of the faith, contact Jeff Miller and let him know you're interested.

To include an announcement in the bulletin for next week, please contact Rachel Thompson (808) 896-9063.
